13.2 Account Closure by Player. Players may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting the 789r support team. Any real-money Balance remaining in a closed Account will be returned to the Player subject to completion of applicable KYC requirements and confirmation that no pending investigations apply. Bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

13.3 Consequences of Termination. 13.4 Inactive Accounts.
